Job summary

Hinckley Yachts is seeking a generalist to manage core HR functions—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and safety—while preserving a positive workplace culture. The role is onsite in Stuart, FL with travel to Ft. Myers, GA and other southern sites.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of progressive HR experience in a multi-site operation, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role
• Experience in a multi-site operation is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and data-management skills
• Excellent communication with employees at all levels
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and safety
• Maintain visibility, support leadership, and uphold a cohesive workplace culture
• Manage HR data and records in HRIS systems and ensure accurate reporting
• Coordinate leave management and OSHA reporting compliance
• Travel regionally up to 50% and visit assigned locations as needed
