Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Pennsylvania is seeking an HR Generalist (exempt) to provide frontline HR support across 17 Travel Plazas in the PA region. The role reports to the HR Business Partner and leads employee relations investigations, coaching, staffing initiatives, and compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations, workplace investigations, recruiting, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee relations investigations and partner with the Regional HR Business Partner on actions.
• Support full-cycle recruiting including postings, interviews, decisions, onboarding.
• Develop and maintain weekly HR metrics and district-level reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
• Represent Applegreen brand at regional hiring events and coordinate sourcing strategies.
