Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Regional Human Resources Generalist to support our Eastern North Carolina operations, including Wilmington, Raleigh, Greenville, and Elizabeth City. You will partner with leaders and employees on HR initiatives such as employee relations, onboarding, performance management, recruiting, and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of related HR experience.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Business acumen or ability to quickly acquire business knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regional HR activities including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Collaborate with People Team to ensure effective communication to Operations.
• Support compliance and strategy needs through policy interpretation and training.
• Administer HR programs such as performance management and training regionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure safety and quality standards on projects.
