This role ensures wage-and-hour compliance, administers benefits programs with Total Rewards, and supports DOT, drug testing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, supporting hourly and salaried staff
• Excellent communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and wage-and-hour compliance
• Detail-oriented with data-informed decision making
• Autonomous, fast-paced, growth-oriented professional

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR lifecycle across multiple offices and project sites for hourly and salaried staff
• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and engagement
• Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievance procedures with fair, timely resolutions
• Ensure hourly vs. salaried classification, timekeeping, and wage-and-hour practices are compliant
• Support benefits administration and Total Rewards programs in coordination with leadership
• Partner with Directors to plan regional workforce needs and deployments; travel between sites
