Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6+ years in Human Resources.
• Full-cycle recruiting including onboarding.
• Experience managing bi-weekly payroll.
• Knowledge of state and federal payroll regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Self-starter with initiative and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities across the full talent-acquisition cycle.
• Source candidates and build active pipelines for openings.
• Prepares and processes multiple payrolls bi-weekly.
• Schedule interviews and provide timely candidate updates.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Stay updated on compensation and benefits trends.
• Develop a performance-review program across companies.
• Oversee and process employee updates (hires, promotions, terminations).
• Strengthen workplace relationships and employee engagement.
• Guide department leaders on complex employee relations issues.
• Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures.
• Build credibility for HR across the organization.
• Partner with leaders to align talent with business priorities.
• Ensure consistent policy implementation.
