Anonymous Company Profile is seeking a Regional HR Director for the United States and Canada. This hybrid role in Atlanta leads a team of HRBPs, payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring aligned people strategies across diverse operating companies.

Requires 10+ years in HR with international exposure, Dayforce experience, and proven leadership. Compensation up to $180,000 plus bonus; expected to drive regional change and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience with exposure to an international organization.
• Progressive HR leadership experience, including managing HR Business Partners and/or HR operations teams.
• Demonstrated success leading change management initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; Dayforce strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Must reside in the Southeast US within commutable distance to Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners across multiple companies.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance teams for US and Canada.
• Lead change management initiatives across the region.
• Serve as regional HR voice with global HR, leadership, and presidents.
• Own HR technology for the region, with Dayforce as core HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with employment law across US and Canada.
• Guide complex employee relations matters and escalations.
• Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and recommendations.
• Drive consistency in policies, onboarding, and performance management.
