8Fleet Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead workforce initiatives across multiple sites in the US. You will coach leaders, shape people strategy, and ensure smooth HR operations for a large, non-exempt workforce as the company scales.

The role emphasizes policy alignment, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with site leadership to maintain compliance and deliver an exceptional employee experience. Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 with equity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a People Partner or HR Manager in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience supporting multi-location environments and frontline leaders.
• Ability to build process and maintain data accuracy as the company scales.
• Experience coaching frontline and mid-level managers.
• Sound judgment with documentation habits for employee relations.
• Deep knowledge of wage-and-hour laws and labor compliance.
• Excellent communicator across all levels of the org.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site managers and regional leaders on workforce planning and performance.
• Drive consistent People practices, policies, and manager behaviors across sites.
• Provide hands-on support for scheduling, attendance, and performance issues.
• Support launch and scale of new markets with HR infrastructure from day one.
• Build, monitor, and report core people metrics and drive improvements.
• Own first-line employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate on onboarding, data accuracy, HRIS workflows, and payroll alignment.
