Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead day-to-day operations for Illinois properties, ensuring compliance, strong customer service, and financial performance. This full-time role reports to the SVP of Operations and is based from a home office with travel to communities.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-site management, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and experience with LIHTC, HOME, RD, HUD programs, plus familiarity with YARDI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site management experience, Tax Credit required.
• Experience with LIHTC, HOME, RD, and HUD programs is a plus.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train and develop staff of property managers (typical portfolio staff is 5-8 direct reports).
• Oversee operations, customer service and financial performance for assigned communities.
• Create and monitor annual budgets, maximize revenue and control costs.
• Ensure leaseups, inspections, and compliance with program requirements.
