Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of a housing portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk management. You will supervise staff offsite to ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines across properties nationwide.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in housing, plus CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in housing industry, or 1–2 years of related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management: screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff; ensure performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Financial Management: develop budgets, monitor income/expenses, and ensure timely reporting and vendor payments.
• Strategic Leasing Management: develop marketing plans, lease closures, resident retention, and move-in processes.
• Administrative & Maintenance Management: ensure timely reporting, handle emergencies, oversee maintenance quality and inspections.
• Travel: travel 25–50% annually to property sites for oversight and leadership.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing industry

CAM or ARM certification preferred
