Drury Hotels is seeking a Regional Hotel Sales & Account Executive in Mobile, AL. You will drive revenue for the Drury portfolio and manage relationships from prospecting to growth across Mobile, Montgomery, and Tallahassee markets.

The role requires 3–5 years outside sales experience, a four-year degree, and strong CRM/Microsoft 365 usage. Occasional travel up to 10% may be needed. This is a dynamic opportunity within a hospitality leader known for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree.
• Degree related to sales, marketing, hospitality, or business is highly recommended and valued.
• 3–5 years of outside sales and account management experience, preferably in regional or national B2B accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth from assigned accounts, including corporate and non-corporate opportunities, while developing new business relationships.
• Manage local B2B partnerships and sponsorships with guidance from Revenue Strategy & Market Sales leadership, collaborating with Regional Managers.
• Maintain expert knowledge of market area demand generators and accounts for comprehensive account management.
• Leverage customer interactions to uncover opportunities across Drury Hotels’ portfolio of properties (150 hotels).
• Market Area: Mobile, Montgomery (AL), and Tallahassee (FL) coverage.
