Job summary

Ascend Hotel Group is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations and performance across multiple hotel properties. You will provide leadership to General Managers, maintain brand standards, and drive financial performance across the portfolio.

The role requires ensuring continuity during GM transitions, traveling between properties, and delivering exceptional guest service while meeting company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management.
• Experience managing multiple properties and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of assigned hotel properties.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to General Managers and property leadership teams.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and guest service standards; implement improvements as needed.
• Coordinate temporary management coverage during GM vacancies or absences.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
