Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager – Unassigned to support the hotel operations leadership team in delivering memorable guest experiences. You will assist and support properties within the region, leading staff, training teams, and maintaining high service standards across multiple properties.

You will coach and develop team members, model quality assurance practices, and drive improvements in guest service, cost control, and labor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, business or related field.
• Minimum of one-year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success. Hotel specific experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region.
• Provide leadership across all hotel departments and train, develop and coach team members to succeed.
• Establish high service standards by hiring the right people with the right attitude.
• Lead and develop team members across multiple properties within the portfolio.
• Model QA best practices and meet QA visit measurables consistently.
• Deliver on service, cost and labor controls and team engagement through hands-on leadership.
