Job summary

Drury Hotels looks for an Assistant General Manager - Unassigned to lead hotel operations on-site across the Drury Metro East region, including Collinsville, Fairview Heights, or O'Fallon. You will guide multiple departments, mentor staff, and uphold service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You must be able to travel up to 75% and bring a hospitality or business background with supervisory experience to drive continuous improvement and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel-specific experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support hotel properties and staff across the assigned region.
• Provide leadership across all departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Hire, train, and coach team members to achieve goals.
• Establish and maintain high service standards and QA practices.
• Drive service, cost and labor controls with hands-on leadership.
• Respond to issues with critical thinking and drive continuous improvement.
