Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC seeks an experienced hotel operations leader to support multiple properties within the region. You will lead staff, drive service excellence, and coach teams to achieve success across departments.

You will hire right-fit talent, model QA standards, and balance service quality with cost controls while guiding the portfolio toward company goals and guest satisfaction. Travel will be required to cover assigned properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one-year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Hotel-specific experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region in various ways.
• Provide expert leadership across all departments, lead in delivering exceptional service to each guest, and train and coach team members.
• Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service by hiring the right people; set high service standards across multiple properties.
