The Ghoman Group is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee hotel operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development across properties in the Indianapolis area.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hotel leadership experience and a track record of driving profitability, occupancy, and guest service. This on-site role demands strong strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel management experience at GM/RM level.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and P&L management.
• Experience with major brands (IHG, Marriott, Hilton) preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and lead GMs and department heads.
• Ensure properties meet brand, safety, quality, and service standards.
• Monitor financial performance including revenue and expenses.
• Develop strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
• Review P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop hotel leadership teams.
