Qualifications

• Proven experience with Marriott International branded hotels.
• 10–15+ years of hospitality leadership, multi-property oversight.
• Strong experience with Marriott brand standards, QA audits, and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Hospitality degree preferred.
• Demonstrated financial leadership with full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple Marriott-branded hotel properties.
• Lead General Managers to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Ensure Marriott QA audits and brand standards are met.
• Drive revenue growth, GOP/NOI, and market share.
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Support development, acquisitions, and brand conversions.
• Recruit and develop leadership teams; foster Marriott service culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
