Lodging Dynamics is seeking a Regional Controller to oversee financial operations for a group of hotels within a designated region. You will ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with accounting standards, collaborating with General Managers, corporate Finance, and external auditors.

You will lead the close processes, prepare consolidated statements, develop annual budgets, monitor performance against plans, and mentor property-level accounting teams while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum five years in accounting/finance within hospitality.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders in English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial operations for hotels in region and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Develop and manage annual budgeting for all properties.
• Monitor performance vs budgets/forecasts; provide optimization recommendations.
• Mentor property-level accounting teams and ensure training on tools.
