Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new revenue in the hospitality sector for the VingCard family and related brands. The role emphasizes relationship-building with hotel owners, management teams, and ownership groups across a multi-state territory.

You will manage a full sales cycle, deliver forecasts, and participate in strategic accounts with a focus on upselling the full product suite.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect, propose, and close sales in hospitality technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with C-level to frontline managers.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Experience building relationships with hotel ownership groups or developers is important.
• Ability to manage and grow sales revenues in a regional multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, propose, and close sales to hospitality customers.
• Travel frequently to assigned properties to drive revenue andSat saturation of territory.
• Provide accurate reports, forecasts, and documentation as requested.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to saturate the market in the territory.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and maintain product proficiency.
