Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of Business & Industry accounts and offsite catering across the territory. You will collaborate with General Managers and site leaders to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences and drive operational excellence.

You will join the regional leadership team to shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and ensure financial and service goals are met. Occasional travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit operations in foodservice, hospitality, or catering.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance including budgeting and P&L oversight.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in hospitality, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of accounts and offsite catering operations across the region.
• Partner with General Managers and site leaders to deliver high-quality service.
• Drive operational excellence and client relationship growth.
• Own the regional P&L and oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop talent through coaching, performance feedback, and succession planning.
• Represent the brand as a trusted partner and brand ambassador.
