Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations in facilities and food service management
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field preferred
• Strong supervisory background and customer service experience
• Strong computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint
• Experience leading a team of 20+ employees

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage agendas, and lead weekly management team meetings
• Communicate, motivate, and interact with all levels to reinforce ISS culture
• Build relationships with local vendors and other department leads
• Manage client and customer relationships and drive satisfaction
• Oversee budgeting, financials, and unit performance with senior leaders
• Coach, hire, and develop staff to meet safety and service standards
