Job summary

ISS is seeking a Regional Director of Operations Hospitality in Atlanta to lead end-to-end facilities management across multiple client sites. You will drive service excellence, manage budgets, and optimize guest and workplace experiences while aligning with ISS standards.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities/food service operations, strong supervision, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A hybrid work model and up to 40% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations in facilities and food service management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field preferred.
• Strong supervisory background and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, cost-effective facilities management aligned with client program expectations.
• Interview and hire unit staff following corporate, client, Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Prepare and monitor unit operating budgets in collaboration with client guidance.
• Establish effective communication channels with customers and management for feedback and improvements.
• Manage procurement, inventory control, and supply chain activities; train staff to build client relationships.
