AvantStay, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support the Area Manager in daily operations of AvantStay properties across the designated market. You will ensure guest experiences by auditing properties, managing supplies, and addressing concerns with a hands-on, in-market presence.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Vacation rental industry experience (preferred).
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint); Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Area Manager and perform assigned tasks, acting as market lead in their absence.
• Serve as a reliable contact for property owners and review owner distribution statements.
• Meet and maintain AvantStay standards and metrics related to owner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with in-market team to train, coach and evaluate field operations personnel.
• Monitor guest/homeowner issues and ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify in-market issues and coordinate rectification duties.
• Carry out essential administrative duties to support daily operations.
