AvantStay, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support daily operations for our STR properties in the designated area. You will audit properties, manage supplies, and respond to concerns to ensure a superior guest experience.

This role requires close proximity to the market with frequent travel to various sites, weekend/holiday flexibility, and a valid driver's license with car insurance. A ARM designation and hospitality/real estate experience are a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in vacation rental industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Audit properties and manage supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with property owners and review distribution statements.
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
• Respond promptly to guest and owner concerns via email, Slack, calls, or tickets.
• Travel frequently within the designated area to support operations.
