AvantStay, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support the Area Manager across AvantStay properties in the designated market. You will audit properties, manage supplies, and respond to guest and owner concerns to ensure a superior experience.

Role requires proximity to properties and frequent in-market travel. You will collaborate with the local team, train staff, and help maintain AvantStay standards while handling administrative duties and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Weekend/holiday availability and flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation to multiple properties.

Responsabilités

• Assist Area Manager and lead market activities in absence of the leaders.
• Communicate with property owners and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain AvantStay standards and owner satisfaction metrics.
• Train, coach, and evaluate in-market operations staff.
• Address guest/homeowner issues promptly and document resolutions.
• Oversee housekeeping and routine maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular property inspections for compliance.
• Respond to emails, calls, and tickets; travel frequently within the area.
• Participate in rotating after-hours on-call shifts.
