Job summary

The Elizabeth Hospice in Southern California is seeking a Regional Liaison to lead marketing initiatives for hospice and palliative care referrals. You will develop relationships with local medical sources, implement plans approved by your supervisor, and travel regularly within San Diego and Riverside counties.

The role requires 2–5 years medical sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field plus 2-5 years medical sales experience or equivalent.
Hospice or home care experience preferred.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Current driver's license with proof of insurance required.
Bilingual: English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans for each account with supervisor approval.
Report effectiveness of marketing plans to supervisor weekly.
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual marketing and sales benchmarks using CRM to manage contacts.
Build and nurture relationships with local/regional medical sources to generate referrals.
Travel within San Diego County regularly for meetings with clients and sources.
