Qualifications

• Ability to coach and develop a sales team toward growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Account Managers and Care Transition Navigators to achieve referral, census, and growth goals.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Develop territory plans and performance metrics with clear targets and account prioritization.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic territory management and strong referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure seamless transitions from referral to start of care.
