BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of opioid treatment centers across Washington, Illinois, Nebraska, and North Dakota.

This executive role drives regional strategy, clinical and operational performance, and financial results. You will mentor Treatment Center Directors, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards while pursuing growth and access for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Senior-level healthcare operations experience (10+ years) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and focus on quality, compliance, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy across clinical, operational, and financial domains.
• Directly oversee Treatment Center Directors and develop leadership capabilities.
• Monitor budgets, optimize resources, and ensure sustainability and profitability.
• Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, and company policies for patient care.
• Expand patient access, engagement, and community partnerships across your portfolio.
• Collaborate with national leaders to align regional execution with corporate priorities.
