Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple treatment centers in the TN/AL region.

The role focuses on aligning regional performance with BayMark's mission to provide high-quality opioid treatment. You will supervise Treatment Center Directors, drive strategic plans, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and champion patient access and growth across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ten years of healthcare management and operations experience.
• Experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment or outpatient mental health preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (3 of 4 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors and staff.
• Develop and execute regional strategic plans to meet financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance, taking proactive measures to improve results.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all centers and adherence to policies.
• Drive patient growth, retention, and access to services within the region.
• Oversee HR activities, staffing, and leadership development.
