Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to drive performance across Washington, IL, Nebraska and North Dakota sites. You will act as a regional CEO, guiding clinical and operational teams, delivering outcomes in quality, compliance, and financial metrics.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of senior healthcare operations experience, a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and a proven record managing multi-site operations with strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and operational insight.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy: oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance; set and execute strategic plans to meet growth and performance goals.
• Directly lead Treatment Center Directors; coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for results.
• Monitor financial performance, optimize budgets, and resolve issues to ensure sustainability and profitability.
• Maintain adherence to federal, state, and company policies while prioritizing patient care.
• Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with national leaders to align regional execution with organizational priorities.
