You will guide site leaders, shape strategy, and build high-performing teams in a mission-driven environment, with significant travel to drive growth and access to care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of senior healthcare operations experience.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and operational insight.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance; set growth and performance goals.
• Directly lead Treatment Center Directors; coach and develop leaders.
• Monitor budgets and resolve issues to ensure sustainability and profitability.
• Maintain adherence to policies while prioritizing patient care.
• Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across your portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional execution with priorities.
