Job summary

Hirenexus is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead a large Southwest region, including a major Arizona practice partnership and additional markets in CA. The role requires hands-on leadership across 55 locations and 100+ providers, with a focus on financial and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring data-driven decision making, strong physician relationship skills, and a history of building and developing regional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience, including multi-site physician practice leadership with P&L accountability.
• Track record of leading practice managers and improving performance through hands-on involvement.
• Strong financial acumen and habit of making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to build credibility and lasting relationships with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across the region, partnering with physician and practice leadership to set goals and operating plans.
• Lead monthly operating reviews using financial and operational data to diagnose performance issues and drive fixes.
• Delve into practice-level details to improve provider and staff efficiency, patient panel management, and EMR workflows.
• Roll out new payer and partner relationships, coordinating with IT, analytics, and central operations on reporting and pilot programs.
• Operationalize new care models and programs across the region.
