Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations located in TN or AL to oversee treatment centers in the region. You will directly supervise Treatment Center Directors and ensure clinical, financial, and operational success.

This role requires strong leadership, multisite operations experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% while maintaining high-quality patient care across our centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Ten (10) years of relevant healthcare management and operations experience required.
• Experience in Medication-Assisted Treatment and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Experience in outpatient Mental Health services required.
• Multisite operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors.
• Develop and execute regional plans to meet financial, operational, and clinical goals.
• Monitor budgets and improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead talent development and succession planning within the region.
• Drive patient growth, access to services, and coordinate stakeholder relations.
