Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Regional Operations Director in Houston to oversee 7–10 dialysis centers and 200+ teammates across the Houston and West Texas markets. The role carries full P&L accountability with travel to the West Texas region monthly to visit clinics.

Lead a growing, performance-driven team and drive strategic growth while partnering with senior leaders to align with DaVita's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site operational leadership in healthcare.
• Ability to manage a large-scale P&L ($30M+).
• Proven track record leading 10+ direct reports.
• Willingness to travel monthly to West Texas region.
• Commitment to DaVita's core values.

Responsibilities

• Lead 10–12 direct reports to ensure quality and compliant patient care.
• Identify growth opportunities and work with VP/SVP on strategies.
• Oversee operational excellence and acquisitions-related transitions.
• Own full P&L, labor budgets, revenue growth, and contracts.
• Monitor metrics and outcomes, addressing gaps proactively.
• Maintain awareness of competition and SWOT for the division.
