Qualifikationen

• 8 years of multi-site management experience (healthcare preferred).
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• High business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and act on it.
• Ability to influence and drive change across divisions.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the division.
• Oversee Home physician engagement for the region.
• Maintain and grow hospital partnerships.
• Partner with in-center clinical teams to deliver education to patients.
• Drive clinical and operational outcomes across the division.
• Report financial and operational statuses to divisional leadership.
• Achieve productivity targets and manage budget through tools.
• Travel up to 50–70% depending on division.
