Job summary

Qualifications

15+ years' experience in healthcare administration or dialysis operations.
5+ years in internal senior management roles or equivalent.
Strong financial, budget and KPI management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Directs dialysis operations across a defined region with leadership and guidance.
Interprets and implements policies to maximize returns and productivity.
Leads and coaches direct reports to maintain an engaged workforce and compliant patient care.
Manages relationships with executives, major customers, physicians, and medical directors.
Oversees regional budgeting, staffing, and supply models to meet budgets and KPIs.
Collaborates with division management to develop regional marketing plans and growth initiatives.
