DaVita is seeking a transformational Director of Clinical Services to serve as the chief clinical authority for the region. You will drive clinical quality, CQI, and nurse education across multiple dialysis sites and hospital programs, partnering with senior clinical leaders to elevate patient outcomes.

You will lead regional clinical teams, champion evidence-based care, and ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance while enabling strategic growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and BSN required; graduate degrees preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in dialysis, nephrology, critical care, acute, or complex chronic care.
• 2+ years of multi-site clinical supervisory or nurse leadership experience.

Responsabilités
