Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple dialysis clinics within the assigned region. You will develop Clinic Managers, partner with physicians, and drive patient-care quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while improving financial performance.

The role reports to the Regional Vice President and emphasizes staff development, QAPI initiatives, and survey readiness, with oversight of home and acute dialysis

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience leading multi-site healthcare operations.
• Nursing experience (12 months) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple dialysis clinics.
• Lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers and Nurse Managers.
• Ensure facilities meet quality, safety, regulatory, and patient care standards.
• Partner with Medical Directors, nephrologists, physician groups, and hospital partners.
• Support budgeting, staffing models, labor planning, and financial performance reviews.
• Drive continuous quality improvement, QAPI initiatives, and survey readiness efforts.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, state regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee staffing and workforce planning to support safe, effective patient care.
• Manage reporting, service agreements, biomedical operations, and facility maintenance needs.
• Provide oversight for home dialysis and acute dialysis programs, as applicable.
• Assist with new program and clinic start-up activities.
• Collaborate with the Regional Vice President on operational initiatives, physician partnerships, and business development activities.

Innovative Renal Care is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple dialysis clinics within the assigned region.

This role is ideal for an experienced dialysis operations leader who enjoys developing Clinic Managers, driving performance across multiple locations, and partnering with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Regional Operations Manager is responsible for advancing operational excellence, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and financial performance across the region.

An active RN license is required. Given the clinical complexity of dialysis care and the scope of regional oversight, this role requires a leader who can effectively support facility operations, staff development, and patient care initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license required; BSN preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations management
• At least 12 months of nursing experience preferred
