Job summary

FastMed Urgent Care is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Central North Carolina. This full-time role leads Center Managers across multiple clinics, driving staffing, performance, and budget management to meet company goals.

You will partner with physicians and admin leaders to implement processes, ensure patient satisfaction, and uphold FastMed’s standards of service and hospitality while traveling among sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in Urgent Care or healthcare.
• Experience with EMRs, EPIC preferred.
• Strong ability in process improvement, conflict resolution and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Center Managers to ensure coaching, development and talent identification.
• Collaborate clinic-level operations between clinic staff and providers for unified teamwork.
• Meet and manage P/L goals, budgeting, vendor management and expenses.
• Staffing and scheduling oversight including onboarding of Center Managers.
• Drive patient satisfaction metrics (Google ratings, total visits) and service quality.
• Lead process improvements and implement new programs across clinics.
