Job summary

FastMed seeks a Center Manager to drive daily clinic operations in Winston-Salem, NC. You will lead a team, manage staffing and patient flow, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards while achieving financial goals.

You will coach staff, implement corporate initiatives, and maintain high standards of patient safety and service. Travel between locations is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of manager experience - preferably in healthcare environment
• 3 years healthcare/customer service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, motivates, and inspires center staff to foster commitment to the FastMed mission and improve customer loyalty.
• Oversees day-to-day center operations including staffing, patient flow, and adherence to standards.
• Ensures resources and equipment are available within the center.
• Owns center turnover and drives improvements through coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborates with Regional Director and corporate functions to resolve issues and implement initiatives.
• Leads interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff with input from HR and Talent/Acquisition.
