Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of manager experience - preferably in healthcare environment
• 3 years healthcare/customer service industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages a team at the center and drives engagement.
• Oversees day-to-day center operations, staffing, patient flow, and standards.
• Ensures resources and supplies are available.
• Owns center turnover and develops staff through coaching and training.
• Coordinates with Regional Director and corporate functions to resolve issues.
• Leads hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Monitors billing processes and center financials to meet goals.
• Implements corporate initiatives effectively.
• Markets urgent care and occupational health services to local employers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
