Job summary

FastMed is seeking a Center Manager in Henderson, NC to lead daily clinic operations, drive center growth, and ensure safety and service excellence. You will manage staffing, patient flow, and adherence to standards while coordinating with regional leadership.

The role requires strong people skills, healthcare experience, and ability to implement corporate initiatives. Travel between locations is expected as needed, with heavy emphasis on customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of clinic operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of staff.
• Technically competent with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day center operations, staffing, patient flow, and adherence to standards.
• Leads interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff with input from Regional Director and HR.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, credentialing, and other compliance requirements are current.
• Works with billing to ensure timely and successful billing.
• Reviews center financial statements and scorecards to meet annual goals and drive improvements.
• Implements corporate-led initiatives effectively and efficiently.
• Drives marketing initiatives to grow urgent care and occupational health business.
