Job summary

FastMed Urgent Care is seeking a Center Manager for our Kinston, NC location. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day clinic operations, achieving financial goals, and upholding FastMed's standards of safety and service.

The Center Manager will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage scheduling, and coordinate with regional leadership to optimize performance across the center network.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of manager experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• 3 years healthcare/customer service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day center operations, including staffing, patient flow and adherence to standards.
• Manages, motivates, and inspires center staff to improve engagement and service quality.
• Ensures resources and equipment are available within the center.
• Communicates with Regional Director to resolve issues and coordinate with other centers and functions.
• Leads interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff with input from HR and Talent teams.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and credentialing requirements are current.
• Oversees billing interactions to ensure timely revenue, and reviews financials to meet annual goals.
• Implements corporate initiatives efficiently and ethically.
• Drives marketing initiatives to grow urgent care and occupational health business.
