Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of manager experience - preferably in healthcare environment.
• 3 years healthcare/customer service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all day-to-day center operations, including staffing, patient flow and adherence to standards, and identifies opportunities for improvement within the center.
• Leads interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff; plans and assigns work schedules.
• Manages resources and equipment; ensures regulatory compliance and credentialing are current.
• Monitors financial statements and center scorecards to meet annual goals and coordinate with leadership as needed.
• Drives marketing initiatives to grow urgent care and occupational health services for the center.
