Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in healthcare.
• 3 years of healthcare or customer service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day center operations and staff performance.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and credentialing.
• Oversee billing coordination and financial scorecards.
• Drive marketing initiatives to grow urgent care and occupational health.
• Communicate with Regional Director and corporate teams.
