JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Central Jersey region. This field-based role focuses on building referral networks with physicians, employers, case managers, athletic trainers, and community partners to drive patient volume and expand market presence.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic thinking, autonomy, and strong relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably healthcare.
• Ability to travel across New Jersey up to 80% with a valid driver's license.
• Existing provider or employer network is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory-wide growth plan for Central Jersey.
• Identify and grow referral relationships with physicians, urgent care centers, employers, and community organizations.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities to increase patient volume across clinics.
• Schedule and conduct high-volume field visits and meetings weekly.
• Maintain CRM with daily activities and deals.
• Analyze referral trends and adjust strategies for underperforming locations.
• Collaborate with clinical directors and marketing to align goals and campaigns.
• Represent the brand at regional events to generate partnerships.
• Provide regular performance updates to leadership.
• Support new clinic openings with launch sales plans and outreach.
