Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to travel extensively across New Jersey with a valid driver's license.
• Existing provider or employer network is preferred.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-wide growth plans for designated NJ region.
• Identify and grow referral relationships with physicians, urgent care, employers, and community groups.
• Proactively seek new opportunities to increase patient volume across clinics.
• Schedule high-volume field visits and meetings weekly.
• Maintain CRM with daily activity and prospects.
• Collaborate with clinical directors and marketing on campaigns and goals.
• Represent the brand at regional events to generate awareness and partnerships.
• Provide regular performance reports to leadership.
