Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow referral volume and revenue by building relationships with referring physician offices and other stakeholders in the assigned Monmouth County, NJ territory.

You will partner with providers and our operations team to ensure positive patient outcomes, expand brand recognition, and drive sustainable growth while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals with a strong healthcare background; minimum of 2 years in infusion/specialty pharm. required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills; strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel; primarily day-time travel within territory, with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue for assigned locations by driving referrals from specialist physician offices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key territory stakeholders including physicians, staff, and payers.
• Collaborate with providers and operations team to ensure positive patient and physician outcomes.
• Increase brand recognition by attending networking events and community functions.
• Educate referring practices on referral processes and ensure timely patient capture.
• Establish positive relationships with pharmaceutical reps and other referral sources within territory.
• Input timely reports via CRM and management platforms.
• Meet and exceed sales quota.
