Ivy Health is seeking a Business Development Manager / Physician Liaison to drive referral growth across the Philadelphia/Delaware market by building relationships with local providers and executing targeted outreach initiatives.

You will promote Ivy Health’s clinics to healthcare providers, collaborate with Operations and Marketing, and travel regularly in the region to achieve quarterly sales goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
• 1–2+ years in healthcare sales or provider outreach or similar roles.
• Strong communication with physicians and clinical staff.
• Familiar with medical terminology and clinical settings.
• Networking, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to attend evening or weekend events.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Proven track record of meeting goals in fast-paced roles.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Ivy Health services to healthcare providers and practices within a designated region.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to increase referrals and growth.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
• Document 50+ unique in-person interactions weekly in Salesforce.
• Analyze referral trends to guide outreach efforts and boost referrals.
• Provide weekly snapshots to Sales and Operations leadership.
• Meet with Operations leaders to align goals and share insights.
• Help expand referral networks and increase brand visibility.
• Partner with hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and community organizations.
