At Ivy Health, we are All About the People! The Business Development Manager / Physician Liaison will drive referral growth across Northeastern PA by building strong relationships with local providers and carrying out targeted outreach initiatives.

Regular travel is required within the region. You'll collaborate with Operations and Marketing to develop strategic plans, increase new patient referrals, and support clinic growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills; able to engage confidently with physicians and clinical staff.
• Willing to attend evening or weekend events as needed.
• Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive referral growth across the Northeastern PA market by building relationships with local providers and executing targeted outreach initiatives.
• Communicate the company's value and services clearly to healthcare providers and community partners.
• Document a minimum of 50 unique in-person interactions with referral sources weekly in Salesforce.
• Analyze referral trends to guide outreach efforts and boost referrals.
• Share a weekly snapshot report outlining tactics, key trends, provider feedback, and upcoming events with Sales and Operations leadership.
• Meet regularly with Operations leaders to align goals and share insights.
• Support clinic growth by expanding referral networks and increasing brand visibility.
• Work closely with clinical staff to support clinic goals and ensure effective collaboration with local referral sources.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and community organizations to support growth goals.
• Assist in launching and promoting new clinic locations in the region.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals and submit reports on time.
