Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Business Development Manager / Physician Liaison to drive referral growth in Indiana. You will build strategic relationships with local providers, collaborate with Operations and Marketing, and travel regularly to promote clinic services and expand referral networks.

The role emphasizes relationship building, outreach to hospitals and community organizations, and contributing to quarterly sales goals while working with clinical staff to support clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills; able to engage confidently with physicians and clinical staff.
• Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Indiana region.

Responsibilities

• Communicating the company’s value and services clearly to healthcare providers and community partners.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers in your assigned territories.
• Documenting interactions and referral activities in Salesforce.
• Analyzing referral trends to guide outreach efforts and boost referrals.
• Meeting regularly with Operations leaders to align goals and share insights.
• Supporting clinic growth by expanding referral networks and increasing brand visibility.
• Launching and promoting new clinic locations in the region.
• Achieving quarterly sales goals and submitting reports on time.
